Welcome to IG Automator (hereinafter referred to as “The Automator”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the legally binding conditions governing your access to and use of The Automator Chrome Extension for social media automation, along with any associated websites, content, and services provided by The Automator. By accessing or utilizing The Automator, you affirmatively accept and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein. Should you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you are instructed to cease use of The Automator’s services immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing IG Automator (“The Automator”), you irrevocably affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement regardless of which country or jurisdiction you are located. If you are engaging with the Automator on behalf of any organization, entity, or corporate body, you explicitly confirm and warrant that you possess the full and unfettered authority to legally bind that entity to each and all of these Terms without reservation or exception. Any misrepresentation regarding your age or authority may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Automator’s services, without notice and at our sole discretion, with no liability whatsoever for any resultant losses, damages, or costs.

Service Description

IG Automator provides a suite of proprietary automation tools engineered for efficient Social Media management, facilitating organic engagement enhancement and audience growth. These services are designed to enable strategic interaction with other users, aiming to elevate your Social Media presence within established platform guidelines.

Compliance and User Responsibility

The Automator operates independently and has no affiliation or endorsement from any Social Media platform. Users acknowledge and agree that they alone are responsible for ensuring their compliance with Social Media platform rules and all applicable laws. The Automator expressly disclaims any liability for actions users take that may result in violations or disciplinary actions from Social Media platforms, including but not limited to account restrictions, suspensions, or terminations. Any consequences, damages, or losses arising from use of The Automator are the user’s sole responsibility, and all use is entirely at the user’s own risk.

Relationship with Social Media Platforms

The Automator operates as an independent entity with no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement from any Social Media platform. The use of The Automator Chrome Extension does not imply, nor should it be construed as, any association with, authorization by, or endorsement from any Social Media platform. The Automator expressly disclaims all liability for any claims or interpretations to the contrary and asserts that any such association, implied or otherwise, is unfounded and unauthorized.

Account and Security Terms

By using the Automator, users assume full and complete responsibility for all actions, consequences, and any liabilities arising from their use of the service. The Automator disclaims any and all responsibility for any damages, losses, or legal issues—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—resulting from the use of the service, including those caused by third-party actions, platform policies, or security breaches. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Automator, its affiliates, and its service providers against any and all claims, losses, or legal actions.

Payment, Subscription, and Refunds

All payments for services must be processed through a valid credit or debit card via an authorized third-party payment processor or any other form of currency deemed fit. Subscriptions shall automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless expressly terminated by the user in accordance with the terms set forth herein. Refunds will only be granted in strict accordance with the provisions outlined in these Terms or as mandated by applicable law. Any cancellation of subscriptions by the user shall become effective at the conclusion of the current billing cycle, and the user will retain full access to the services until the end of that cycle unless determined otherwise.

Cancellation and Termination

IG Automator may terminate or suspend any user account at its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Users may cancel subscriptions by contacting support, but no refunds or compensation are provided. IG Automator is not liable for any consequences resulting from account termination or suspension.

Limitation of Liability

The Automator is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind. The Automator disclaims all liability for any unintended actions, errors, or service disruptions; any consequences arising from user interactions on Social Media, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, or follower reductions; and any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, regardless of prior notification of such potential risks. This limitation of liability extends to all claims, including those based on negligence, contract, or tort.

Modification of Service

The Automator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any services, features, or content at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Users are solely responsible for staying informed about any changes to these Terms, and The Automator shall not be held liable for any disruptions, alterations, or limitations in service access or functionality resulting from such modifications.

General Terms

By using The Automator, you acknowledge and fully accept the inherent risks associated with Social Media automation, including but not limited to the possibility of account suspensions, limitations, or any other adverse effects. You agree to assume all responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the service. The Automator disclaims all liability for any issues, damages, or losses related to your Social Media accounts, including actions resulting in bans, limitations, or reduced engagement. You further agree not to attempt to hold The Automator accountable or seek compensation for any outcomes, regardless of how detrimental they may be. Your continued use constitutes full acceptance of this disclaimer and waives any rights to claim damages or hold The Automator liable for any repercussions.
